Weeks of interviews turn into two documents you keep. An AI readiness map, and an AI roadmap. Together they are your company’s AI strategy, short enough for the board to read in one sitting.
The readiness map and the roadmap that come out of discovery: where the company stands today, team by team, and what to build first, in what order, and why.

01The readiness map
Every function, scored
Every function gets a score: sales, operations, marketing, finance, support, engineering. Not from a survey. From the interviews and the process work done in discovery, so the number reflects how the team actually works today, not how anyone wishes it worked. A high score means AI is already doing real work there. A low score means the opportunity is real and mostly untouched. Either way, you know exactly where you stand before a dollar goes into building anything.
02The roadmap
A ranked list, not a wish list
Every problem discovery surfaces gets ranked on two axes: how much cost or time it carries today, and how much revenue or time it returns once fixed. That ranking produces an order, not a wish list. Then every item on the list gets one of three calls.
01
Kill
Stop doing it
Some workflows survive on habit, not need. If the work adds nothing, the right move is to stop doing it, not automate it.
02
Fix
Repair before you build
Some problems are process problems first. Fix the process and the AI layer gets simple, sometimes unnecessary.
03
Automate
Build the AI layer
What’s left after kill and fix is the real build list, ranked, so the work starts on what returns the most.
03The strategy
One document, board-ready
The readiness map and the roadmap are delivered together, at the end of discovery, as one document. Short enough for the board to read in one sitting, specific enough to act on the same week. This is the company’s AI strategy. Not a slide deck of ideas. A ranked, evidenced plan for where AI goes first, second, and third.
04What it fuels
The report is not the end point
It is the input to everything that follows.
Report
01Drives the infrastructure and application build that come next.
02Settles what to kill, what to fix, and what to automate, so the build starts on the right thing.
03Gives the board a number to act on, not a set of opinions to debate.
04Stays a living document. Updated as the work ships, not filed away and forgotten.
